Hi, friends! I'm Nishi, owner and baker at Nishi's Vegan Creations. Originally from Bangladesh, I came to the US in 2018. I've been an ethical vegan since 2019. I run my bakery with the help of my vegan partner, Jake, who's been vegan since 2017. We live in downtown Stroudsburg with 4 furbabies. Our future goal is to have our own rescued farm animal sanctuary.
